A passion for hospitality

The "Löffelmühle" project represented a new stage in the lives of Jean-Paul Schmit and Roland Hein, and their aims were quite specific.
The pair started their careers in the culinary sector, and in 1994 they opened the "Eden" flower house in Luxembourg City.
The restaurant quickly gained in popularity, becoming a successful business where customers could buy flowers and selected accessories.

Jean-Paul Schmit and Roland Heim want to continue providing customers with the same high level of service in their "Löffelmühle" guesthouse.
