    Arrival and departure

    Check-in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
    On your day of departure, your room remains available to you until 11:00.
    As our reception is not constantly manned, we kindly request that you let us know your estimated time of arrival.

    Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

    We are a Boutique Bed and Breakfst for adults and young adults from 13 years on.

    Our suite and rooms are only available as single or double occupancy. We do not offer any additional beds or family rooms!

    Cancellation policy

    If You are not able to enjoy Your stay at our bnb as planned, please note the following cancellation policy:

    • Cancellations up to 14 days before the date of arrival are free
    • Later cancellations will be charged with 70% of the total amountof the booking
    • Cancellations of the date of arrival and no-showswill be charged with 90%of the total amountof the booking

    Tip of us: Take a separate travel cancellation insurance

    When booking via external platforms: You are bound by seperate cancellation terms.

    We offer favourable cancellation conditions to direkt bookers and will consider an cordial solution in each individual case
