Bereits oben vor der Zufahrt schalten wir unsere Telefone aus. Nat\u00fcrlich gibt es in der M\u00fchle WLAN \u2013 aber wir brauchen es hier definitiv nicht. Im Gegenteil: Wir k\u00f6nnen jedem nur empfehlen, die Zeit, die Ruhe und die Aura dort ganz bewusst ohne Medien zu genie\u00dfen.&#010;&#010;Sobald man die Pforten hinunter zur L\u00f6ffelm\u00fchle passiert, scheint die Zeit automatisch langsamer zu laufen. Das Rauschen des Baches, das Zwitschern der V\u00f6gel, der Wald, die Eichh\u00f6rnchen, die H\u00fchner und die liebevoll gepflegten Esel lassen einen sofort zur Ruhe kommen.&#010;&#010;Auch im Inneren sp\u00fcrt man \u00fcberall die Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist mit unglaublich viel Geschmack, Stil und Feingef\u00fchl eingerichtet und dekoriert. Hochwertige Materialien, wundersch\u00f6ne Details und eine Atmosph\u00e4re, in der man sich sofort wohlf\u00fchlt. Die Zimmer sind alle bis ins in den kleinsten Winkel durchdacht \u2013 einfach zum Ankommen und Bleiben.&#010;&#010;Kulinarisch ist die M\u00fchle ebenfalls das non plus ultra. Hervorragende Produkte auf h\u00f6chstem Niveau, ein wunderbares Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und nat\u00fcrlich Jean-Paul, der uns in seiner \u201eCuisine\u201c jedes Mal aufs Neue mit seinem liebevoll zubereiteten \u00dcberraschungsmen\u00fc begeistert. Dazu ein guter Wein (wir lieben Lafage) \u2013 besser kann ein Abend kaum sein. Die Kuchen von Herrn Hein, ein absoluter Traum.&#010;&#010;Doch das Sch\u00f6nste ist dieses besondere Gef\u00fchl, das die L\u00f6ffelm\u00fchle schenkt: Zeit f\u00fcr sich, f\u00fcr Zweisamkeit, und f\u00fcr Ruhe - also f\u00fcr die wirklich wichtigen Dinge.&#010;&#010;Ein ganz herzliches Dankesch\u00f6n an Sie, Herr Hein und an Sie, Herr Schmit. Daf\u00fcr, dass Sie diesen Schatz Inmitten des Waldes seit 2017 mit so viel Liebe und Hingabe bewahren. Wir hoffen von Herzen, dass Sie die L\u00f6ffelm\u00fchle noch viele, viele Jahre genauso weiterf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen und mit uns weiterhin diesen wunderbaren Platz f\u00fcr eine kurze Zeit teilen k\u00f6nnen, an dem die Uhren langsamer ticken und an dem die Welt noch in Ordnung ist.&#010;&#010;Einen ganz besonderen Platz in unseren Erinnerungen hat Ihr lieber Esel Elias, den wir leider seit dem 3. Die L\u00f6ffelm\u00fchle ist ein magischer Ort, an dem man vom ersten Moment an ankommt, durchatmet und einfach nur sein kann.&#010;Die gesamte Unterkunft ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Da es nur vier Zimmer gibt, herrscht eine wunderbar famili\u00e4re, exklusive und entspannte Atmosph\u00e4re. Perfekt f\u00fcr alle, die echte Ruhe und Erholung abseits des Massentourismus suchen.&#010;Ein riesiges Dankesch\u00f6n an die beiden Gastgeber! Ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt mit eurer herzlichen, aufmerksamen und gastfreundlichen Art einfach perfekt gemacht. Wir waren sofort verzaubert von diesem wunderbaren, so liebevoll restaurierten und mit offensichtlich viel Herzblut eingerichteten Ort. Ein richtiges Idyll, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Zimmer waren individuell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (super Betten und absolute Stille in der Nacht). Das Abendessen war ein fantastisches, saisonales  Menu auf Sterneniveau. We were looking for a place to stay near Elze Castle and found this property so we took a chance and booked our stay. After reading their webpage and all the things they were offering as a matter of ease we decided to book dinner at the B &amp; B. We were a little unsure as some of the packages on their web page (Food, Champagne, Chocolates etc) seemed very expensive and at euro 65 per person plus drinks  we thought it was  bit expensive (for a B &amp; B) but again for ease we stuck with it.&#010;Our Review&#010;We were greated by two guys who called themselves Jean-Paul and Roland. They were very peasant, showed us around  and made us most welcome. After settling in we walked around the wonderful property and along the stream. A pleasant change from Nurembeurg City Centre :) We booked the Fauna room and it was lovely. It was actually a number of rooms, very large, modern, beautifuly styled, open fireplace, large bedroom with a large TV behind the sliding bookcase and in the lounge a massive floor to ceiling window looking outside and onto the river. It was stunning. These guys have spent an absolute fortune on this place and everyhing has been carefully thought out and planned to the enth degree. We were told dinner was at 7.&#010;30pm so we went down early for a drink. Jean- Paul was fluffing around in the kitchen then he asked us to sit at our table. We were served with a 5 course meal that was so tasty, fresh, well prepared and presented beautifully. All cooked from scratch by Jean-Paul. At this point we now thought that euro 65 pp  was very cheap and we would have expected to pay at least euro150 pp elswhere with lesser quality. We sat for 2 .5hrs while we enjoyed the wonderful surroundings, lovely food and great service by Roland. After 38 years of marraige my wife and I usually spend just over an hour in a restaurant so 2.5hrs was very unusual for us.&#010;We were told brekky was from 8.30 onwards. We went down for brekky and apart from the usal cereals etc there was a magnificient platter of meats, cheeses, breads etc again presented beautifully. These two guys are just amazing as is the property, food and surrounding. It is an experience you should not miss out on. PS. I know the above  sounds like a sales pitch but we have travelled the world and its not often you find a little gem like this.
