Our farm to table concept results in authentic country cuisine made with regional products, including some of our own home grown foods.
Organic and seasonal produce take centre stage - acknowledgement of the local fields, gardens, meadows, forests and waters of the Eifel region.

Our cooking is not of the high flying or award winning type - it is made of simple ingredient combinations reminiscent of childhood or the delicious taste of quality products.

Enjoy the taste of old and new ingredients, some familiar and others unknown, all harmonising incredibly well.

We greatly value foodstuffs, and endeavour to make something special from simple products.
